We’ve seen a lot of videos proving that dogs make great babysitters. And not only are they great with human kids, they make good nannies to other baby animals too! Just recently, we featured a French Bulldog who was babysitting an orphaned baby Orangutan–and they look super adorable together!
Here we have another dog who makes an excellent nanny to different animals! Everyone, meet Blakely–a dog who watches over orphaned baby animals! The staff at the Cincinnati Zoo considers Blakely as their best employee. That’s because he’s always in a good mood and always happy to help look after the baby animals who are abandoned and rejected by their mothers. In the video below, you can see Blakely caring for Dale the takin–he’s a goat-antelope animal.
Blakely may not be able to replace Dale’s mother. But he can teach Dale how to be around animals. He gives Dale the love and attention that he needs.
