At 8 weeks old, Cooper the beagle discovered he has the ability to howl. In fact, he’s pretty darn good at it! The moment his owner took out the video camera, he wouldn’t stop showing it off! His owner tells us, “No, Cooper doesn’t do this at all hours of the day. He now only ever howls on command. Copper is the best beagle ever!”
