At long last, Thames the lost police dog from New Zealand, is back home!
After 7 days of relentless searching, a police dog who was lost in New Zealand’s Tararua Ranges has been reunited with his handler, Constable Mike Wakefield. Though police dogs are trained to remain calm at all times, Thames just couldn’t help himself, he goes absolutely nuts when he’s finally reunited with his human! Thames was found after a search team consisting of 6 people tracked him down after a paw print was found in the mud.
