Feeding the Pets of Tulsa’s Homeless, Inc. (FPTH) is one of the organizations supported by Greater Good Charities. FPTH is a donation-driven program that collects food and other supplies to give to pets of homeless families in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ember, Arya, Junior, Jackson, Roscoe, Baby Girl, Buddy, and Coco are just some of the many dogs whose lives have been saved by this program.

Before receiving life-changing donations, these dogs had limited food available. They all live on the streets with their humans, so they would usually eat leftover food scraps. In extreme situations, the dogs even picked up food and trash from the ground for their meals. Then, they had no choice but to sleep outside in the cold.

These families do everything they can to care for their furry friends, but it’s hard to juggle everything while living on the streets. So, volunteers at FPTH are happy to help whenever they can.

Thanks to donations from FPTH, these dogs are healthier and much more comfortable. They received coats and sweaters to keep them warm, harnesses and leashes to keep them safe, and most importantly, food and treats so their humans don’t have to worry about spending money on pet food. With enough donations, the organization can also help set up vaccination clinics.

All these supplies can keep these dogs with their families while also giving the humans fewer expenses to worry about. FPTH makes sure that these dogs have a consistent supply of dog food as long as needed so they never have to go to bed hungry. When given these gifts, the happy dogs often wag their tails to show their gratitude.
