Mini dogs have a certain…reputation about them. Often underestimated and dismissed as ‘not a real dog,’ it’s always a treat to see those little guys come into their own and exceed everyone’s expectations. That’s certainly the case with the cute fellow you’re about to meet. So let’s get down to it…

So…Who Is Knox the Dox?

Glad you asked! Born in November 2014, Knox is a tiny long-haired dachshund with a larger-than-life personality and arguably the cutest face on the Internet. If you frequent Instagram, Vine or Facebook, chances are you’re already well-acquainted with him. In addition to being almost unbearably adorable, Knox is also super smart, sweet and talented! Here’s the (little) man himself:

He’s A Lover

You might wanna sit down for this one, ’cause you’re about to see Knox’ romantic side. Can you imagine getting to snuggle up to this stud? Must feel like Valentine’s Day all year round! I’m just gonna go ahead and say what everybody’s probably thinking…Knox is essentially the dog version of Ryan Gosling.

He’s A Fighter

A fighter of evil, obviously. Petite Knox knows the transformative power of a good cape, and I think we can all agree he wears it well. Look at this humble little hero! “Oh, me? Nothing. Just protecting this sidewalk.” Otherwise known as the cutest sidewalk in all the land, since his paws have touched it.

He’s Practical

Look…those weekend errands aren’t gonna run themselves. Knox knows there’s more to life than just sitting around all day and basking in belly rubs (except…is there?). A productive afternoon at The Home Depot spent casually pushing around a device intended exclusively for humans is way more his scene. Look at that serious puppy face! For this doxie, home improvements are obviously a very serious (and yet also ridiculously cute) matter…

He’s A Multitasker

So, just to recap, you’ve now seen Knox a.) nobly wear a cape and b.) effortlessly push a shopping cart. Does it get any cuter, you wonder? Where could this post possibly go from here? Mega Cute Town – that’s where it goes. What you’re about to see is a great example of Knox’ ability to commit to more than just one freakishly adorable task at a time. Do you really think he planned on running out of pee pads while on Super Puppy duty? Of course not. But look at him, making the best of it..

He’s A Renaissance Pup

When Knox isn’t maneuvering more successfully than most humans through stores, he’s busy cultivating his many hobbies. Take skateboarding, for example: this tiny dude not only looks the part (do you SEE that Ninja Turtle t-shirt!?), he also happens to be really good! In addition to his sporty interests, Knox also appreciates traveling, listening to music and romping around adorably in the snow. Behold, Knox the Dox’ extra curricular activities:

He’s A Loving Little Brother

Perhaps the coolest, cutest thing about this already very cool, cute puppy, is his relationship with fellow Social Media star Sadie Tripawd. Sadie is a spunky 7 year-old Chihuahua who is appropriately (and cleverly!) named, since this cutie only has three legs. Sadie and Knox have a lot in common. Besides both being devastatingly good looking, they also share a love of snuggle sessions and the ability to pull off duck-themed pajamas.
