We all want to spoil our pets but it can be hard on tight budgets and the rising costs of products, especially if you want to buy eco, green, natural, and/or made in the U.S.A.

Luckily, there are quite a few websites out there to help us save money on big name products we buy all the time.

1. Coupaw

One of my personal favorites, this site has crazy good deals on everything from toys to beds and bully sticks to flea meds. You do have to sign-up for a free account. They offer FREE SHIPPING and name brands. The one downside, most items are nonreturnable or they have pretty big restocking fees. I ended up reselling crates I had bought from them because I was going to lose a lot on return shipping and restocking.

2. DoggyLoot

You have to sign-up for this free site as well, but I love it because they give me daily emails tailored to the size of dog I have, so I am actually seeing products I am interested in. They also have FREE SHIPPING and carry name brands. They have a no refunds or exchanges policy, so be sure you want it before you buy it.

3. PetMountain

This site carries ALL the name brands with up to 70% OFF and free shipping over $75. Unlike the other two, they also offer returns and exchanges within 60 days, which is nice. They have hundreds of items in every category. The even carry PARTS to your crates (like a new door, for example). Definitely worth checking out.

4. PetAssure

This is an interesting alternative to pet insurance. It is a veterinary discount program where members receive 25% OFF on all in-house veterinary services. In addition to that, members receive exclusive discounts on many pet care products. Every pet is eligible, there are not exclusions and, unlike vet insurance, you get the discount at the time of service, you do not have to wait to be reimbursed. It does have to be a PARTICIPATING VET. Cost of membership starts at $9.95/month.

5. Tanga

This site is not exclusively pet products, but with deals from 30% UP TO 80% OFF, who cares? They don’t have a huge selection and I didn’t see any name brands, but what they do have is inexpensive. They charge shipping, though, so you have to factor that in when you think about how much you are saving versus going into the pet store.

6. Keycode

A bit confusing and designed like a blog, this site does not actually sell products. Instead, it gives you discount codes (coupons basically) for places you shop for your pet products like Petsmart, Petco, 1-800-PetMeds, and other pet websites. The savings are only about 15%, but they usually include free shipping and they are for some of the bigger name stores, so helpful if you are looking for something specific.
