Let’s face it, we all know all puppies are cute. Baby anything is cute – we know! But within cute there is a scale and there are definitely breeds of puppies that are on the higher end of “cute” than others.

#1 – English Bulldog
All that loose skin and those wrinkles! What’s not to love?
#2 – Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier
The Wheaten’s looks change quite a bit from puppy to adult, especially since owners have to keep them trimmed up as they get older. The changing colors of the coat (from dark to light) and the fuzzy beards make this puppy very kissable.
#3 – Shetland Sheepdog
Small, spunky balls of fluff coming in many colors and patterns – who could resist?
#4 – Shar-pei
Like the English Bulldog, the Shar-pei’s extra skin and wrinkles just make him huggable and squeezable. Good luck going in public with one of these…everyone is going to want to hold him!
#5 – Chow Chow
As a puppy, the Chow Chow looks like a tiny bear cub – blocky, large round head, teddy bear ears and an enormously fluffy coat. You are not going to be able to turn away from this pup!
#6 – Shiba Inu
If the Chow Chow resembles a bear cub, the Shiba resembles a little fox pup, or even a red panda. They are undeniably cute (and also lots of trouble!). Many owners claim, “it’s a good thing he’s so cute” with this independent breed.

Awkward puppies are always cute and Dane puppies with their giant legs and ears and lack of coordination definitely win that award. They are dorky and adorable – what’s not to love?

Like the Chow, the Pom pup looks like a tiny teddy bear. And who doesn’t want to cuddle a warm, living teddy bear that will give you a kiss on the nose? We are pretty sure you aren’t breathing if you don’t find these guys cute.

Why is the greyhound puppy cute? Because he looks like a tiny deer or a little rabbit. And, while they may look breakable, they are actually quite sturdy and enjoy a good game of fetch in the field before curling up in your lap.
