#9 – Skye Terrier
Skye Terriers have made it on the endangered dog breed list, though they make great family companions. Although bred as a hunting dog, they prefer to live indoors with their families. They are very good-natured dogs that are friendly with their families, although somewhat reserved with strangers. Their coats do require regular grooming, but that should not hinder their ability to make wonderful house dogs.
